These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Thapill L.L.C-FZ (“Thapill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of thapill.com, our content, and your purchase of Thapill products (together, the “Services”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Thapill is a caffeine-containing food supplement intended for healthy adults. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase. Thapill is not recommended for children, or for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that breach these Terms.
Your order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we may decline, limit, or cancel an order — including after a confirmation has been sent — for example where stock is unavailable or where pricing or product details were shown in error. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch.
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region and may change at any time. Prices may exclude taxes and shipping, which are shown at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. If we discover an error in the price of items you ordered, we will tell you and let you continue at the correct price or cancel.
If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. We will give reasonable notice of any change to your subscription price.
Promotions, discounts, and introductory offers may be subject to conditions, may be reserved for new customers, may not be combined, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. The 50% introductory offer applies as described at the point of sale.
Delivery is handled in line with our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Thapill is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements about it have not been evaluated by a regulatory authority. Thapill contains caffeine (approximately 100 mg per capsule). Do not exceed the recommended dose, and consult a doctor before use if you take medication, have a medical condition, or are sensitive to caffeine. A supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet or professional medical advice, and individual results vary.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or harvesting data, interfering with the site’s operation, reselling products without our authorisation, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
All content on the Services — including the Thapill name, logo, the Pilly character, text, graphics, and imagery — is owned by or licensed to Thapill and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with the Services and our marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share and is not unlawful or misleading. We may moderate or remove submissions.
The Services may link to third-party sites or services that we do not control and are not responsible for. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thapill is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold Thapill harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Services means you accept them.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy, Refund, and Shipping policies, are the entire agreement between us. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business transfer.
